But will the friendly Tomten’s magic help him find his way back to his home.

The performance of The Snow Bear at @StMarysHeritage this morning made Christmas magical, not just for the little one. Superb. They were outstanding! MJ Wesolowski, St Mary’s Heritage Centre, Gateshead
The weather outside may have been frightful this Christmas, but Hearthside Tales provided a truly delightful show for young children with their tale of the Snow Bear, King of the Great North Star; an enchanting mix of songs, games and puppetry that definitely warmed the cockles. Lewis Cuthbert, North East
I took my three-year-old daughter to a performance on St Mary’s Heritage Centre. It was the highlight of Christmas – magical in every sense. Proper, old-fashioned (but ingenious and intelligent) story-telling with not an LCD screen in sight. My daughter was totally captivated and we have almost worn the CD out completely. Congratulations and I hope you’ll be back again next year. Best wishes James Weeks composer/conductor
